Ajaz Ahmed - Zero not Hero

Ajaz Ahmed – Crook

ROCHDALE HERO A REAL ZERO

A pakistani muslim who in my experienced opinion ,and I having absolutely no doubt whatsoever, that the man is a criminal and has a very limited intellect. Within hours of knowing Ahmed, he had me trying to cash counterfeit twenty pound notes until I made it categorically clear that if I was detected I would say that I got the note from him.

Having made reports about his dangerous negligence towards those to whom he had responsibility to, to the local council and other authority after I discovered he was trying to set me up by planting drugs on me so that he could have me locked-up while he claimed money on my behalf; he would in fact allow others to steal my possessions and use my identity. As I had seen him do to others.

After I discovered Ahmed's intention toward myself, I reported him to the local council for his stupidity and negligence and they went on to discover Ahmed's involvement in illegal benefit claims and other fraudulent activity. He was so stupid, I just could not understand why this fool who blatantly ignored the law in every respect was able to continue with his criminal activities despite authority being aware of them.

I was to discover that he was in fact a police informer who was able to get away with serious crime through his connection with the police who seemed to believe his claims.

When I first made my acquaintance of Ajaz Ahmed, he was a property land-ord with properties that were ill-managed and run down. I was involved in a business arrangement with him whereby I would carry out certain work in exchange for an extension in the tenancy he gave me and certain fees would be waived. He would allow me to put together and operate my planned home computer based business. This would have been at a property in the solicitors sector of Drake Street in Rochdale. The large terraced house was in fact no more than a slum.

Going off what his tenants were telling me Ahmed was an idiot who at the best of times did not have a clue what he was doing as far as his business was concerned. I was of the opinion then that his business was a front to his involvement in the heroin trade in the town. I was aware he went back to pakistan several times a year with two or three of the local criminals who were usually indebted to him through rent arrears. On his return the activities he was engrossed in made me suspect that there was a drugs involvement. He certainly regularly handled stolen property and had acquaintances who were either drug addicts, drunks or criminals, or all three.

An example of his tenants will give the reader an idea of the type of person he called friend; James in a ground floor flat; a hunchback and front, was I discovered an ex-convict who had been to prison for sex offences. Ian Royds in a basement flat was being investigated by police for child abuse and Ian Taylor in an attic room was a profound drunk. Every person I ever saw him associate were either known convicted criminals, or weak minded idiots who could be easily manipulated by him.

In my first actual encounter with Mr Ahmed at the property I would rent from him, I reported his apparent animal cruelty to dogs he was breeding, which were those considered status dogs in council estates. As a matter of fact I reported him to the RSPCA who gave him warning to better the animals circumstances, or face prosecution. As I recall he made the situation better, or made the appearance that he had. I was to encounter, in Ahmed, the worst kind of negligence I have experienced where landlord/tenancy law is a relevant issue.

Everyone I was to speak to in relation to Ahmed in any regard would result in the same response; that he was an incompetent clown with absolutely no sense of responsibility, or head for business; for myself, he was a thief and a liar who used and manipulated all those he came into contact with. As I recall I have in my possession witnessed testimony to all I lay claim to, here.

In around July, 2008, Ahmed claiming he was suffering financial difficulty went home to pakistan and when he came back he immediately was able to lease a vacant cafe situated directly beneath the Rochdale council building on Smith Street, the government building known locally as the 'Blackbox' due to the fact that is what it resembled.

I thought, knowing Ahmed a little, by then, that a pakistani national; a muslim who I had demonstrated was not capable of what he was claiming he was doing, in the case I am outlining, a landlord, represented an immediate public risk. And the fact he had chosen to open a business using combustible materials directly beneath a government building aroused my suspicions; I know that Ajaz Ahmed is a crook who does not even recognise English law let alone abide by it. I know he supports muslim extremism and consider his race more superior to those indigenous to this country. He expressed racism towards myself. He attempted to intimidate me from the word go. Failing in his direction he would resort to worse and worse tactics, using other people in general; he would misinform people as to the situation and circumstance and arrange it so that whoever he had manipulated would carry out his will; in the main though, I found that he was not able to formulate a plan to success, fortunately for myself.

Apparently, he is able to do a lot that he does through his relationship with a local councillor of the same name.
